Commission Structure

Direct Sales Commission: Affiliates earn a 22% commission on each sale they refer through their unique link. For example, if an affiliate refers a sale of the Dermatractiv White Rejuvenating set priced at ₱529, they earn ₱116.38 (22% of ₱529) and if they refer a sale of the Milk Protein Petal Soap priced at ₱178.95, they earn ₱39.37 (22% of ₱178.95).

Tiered Referral Bonuses: Affiliates also earn tiered referral bonuses based on the sales of the affiliates they refer:

Let’s consider the sales performance of our affiliates Lea, Anne, Neo, Wendy, and Christine for a month:

• Lea referred 100 sales of Dermatractiv White Rejuvenating set and 50 sales of Milk Protein Petal Soap.
• Anne referred 80 sales of Dermatractiv White Rejuvenating set and 40 sales of Milk Protein Petal Soap.
• Neo referred 50 sales of Dermatractiv White Rejuvenating set and 30 sales of Milk Protein Petal Soap.
• Wendy referred 30 sales of Dermatractiv White Rejuvenating set and 20 sales of Milk Protein Petal Soap.

Suppose Lea refers a sale of the Dermatractiv White Rejuvenating set priced at ₱529 and an affiliate member Anne who she referred, refers a sale of the Milk Protein Petal Soap priced at ₱178.95. In this scenario, Lea earns a direct commission of ₱116.38 for her sale and an additional 6% referral bonus on Anne’s sale, which is ₱10.74 (6% of ₱178.95).

Similarly, for Anne’s sale, she earns a direct commission of ₱39.37 and since Neo is the affiliate who referred her, Neo earns a 6% referral bonus, which is ₱2.36 (6% of ₱39.37).

  • Top Sales Performer: The affiliate with the highest sales volume for the week receives a bonus of ₱1,000.
  • Endeavor: If an affiliate makes over ₱10,000 in sales, they receive an additional 1% commission for that week.
  • Most New Referrals: The affiliate who refers the most new affiliates during the week receives a bonus of ₱500.

Monthly Top Performer Rewards

  • Top Sales Performer: The affiliate with the highest sales volume for the month receives a bonus of ₱5,000.
  • Monthly: If an affiliate makes over ₱40,000 in sales, they receive an additional 2% commission for that month.
  • Most Consistent Performer: The affiliate with consistent sales throughout the month (no significant fluctuations) receives a bonus of ₱2,000.
  • Bronze Award: ₱10,000+ in sales – ₱1,000 cash + product bundle.
  • Silver Award: ₱25,000+ in sales – ₱2,500 cash + personalized marketing materials.
  • Gold Award: ₱50,000+ in sales – ₱5,000 cash + exclusive invitation to events/trainings.

Annual Recognition Event/Awards

  • Affiliate of the Year: The affiliate with the highest overall sales volume and consistent performance throughout the year receives a bonus of ₱20,000 and a plaque recognizing their achievement.
  • Affiliate Determinator: If an affiliate makes over ₱500,000 in sales, they receive an additional 3% commission for that year.
  • Rising Star Award: The new affiliate who shows the most growth and potential throughout the year receives a bonus of ₱10,000 and a certificate of recognition.
  • Team Spirit Award: Affiliate who actively engages and supports the community – ₱10,000 cash + branded merchandise.

Performance Categories

  • Affiliates will be recognized and awarded in various performance categories, such as:
  • Sales Volume Champion
  • Traffic Generation Expert
  • Social Media Influencer
  • Content Creator of the Year
  • Most Improved Affiliate
  • Rookie of the Year (for new affiliates)
  • The specific categories may vary based on the objectives and focus of the affiliate program.

Selection Process:

The selection process will involve a comprehensive evaluation of affiliates’ performance based on predetermined criteria for each category.
The evaluation may consider metrics such as sales volume, conversion rate, engagement, content quality, and overall contribution to the program.
An internal committee or a panel of judges will review the performance data and determine the winners for each category.

Announcement and Event:

  • The winners of the annual recognition event/awards will be announced within the first quarter of the following year.
  • A dedicated event will be organized to honor the winners and celebrate their achievements.
  • The event may include activities like keynote speeches, networking opportunities, panel discussions, and entertainment.

Rewards and Recognition:

  • Winners will receive personalized trophies or awards recognizing their accomplishments.
  • They may also receive special prizes, such as cash incentives, exclusive merchandise, or sponsored trips.
  • The winners will be featured prominently on the affiliate program website, social media channels, and newsletters.

Modifications:

  • Jagne-C Cosmetics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the annual recognition event/awards program at any time, with reasonable notice provided to the affiliates.
  • Any modifications to the program will be communicated via email or through the affiliate program dashboard.
