1. Points Earning System

For each peso spent, the customer earns 0.5 points.This makes the earning process straightforward and directly tied to spending.

Example: If a product costs ₱70, the customer will earn 35 points (70 * 0.5).

2. Points Value

To define the value of points:
The conversion rate for redeeming points is 100 points = ₱5.
This means 1 point is worth ₱0.05.
Example: 200 points equal ₱10 in redeemable value.

3. Redemption Threshold

To encourage repeat purchases:
Customers can start redeeming points once they have accumulated at least 200 points, which equates to ₱10 in value.

4. Bonus Points for Larger Purchases

Encourage higher spending with a tiered bonus system:
Spend between ₱1,000 and ₱2,499: Earn an additional 50 bonus points.
Spend between ₱2,500 and ₱4,999: Earn an additional 150 bonus points.
Spend ₱5,000 or more: Earn an additional 500 bonus points.

5. Special rewards/points

A. Points/rewards for video content

“Earn Points with Video Stories”: Share your story through video recordings and earn points. Each video is worth 100 points.
• “Quality Matters!”: The better the content, the higher your rewards—up to 1000 points.

B. Criteria for Evaluating Video Stories (1000 Points)

  1. Originality (200 Points)
  2. Uniqueness of Concept (100 Points)
  3. Creativity (200 Points)
  4. Engagement (200 Points)
  5. Relevance (200 Points)
  6. Technical Quality (200 Points)
  7. Sound Quality (70 Points)
  8. Editing (60 Points)

6. Expiration Policy

To ensure points are used and maintain customer engagement:

Points should be valid for one year (12 months) from the date of earning.

Example Scenario

Customer A:
Purchase: ₱70
Earned Points: 70 * 0.5 = 35 points

Customer B:
First Purchase: ₱1,200

Points Earned: 1,200 * 0.5 = 600 points
Bonus Points: 50 points (for spending over ₱1,000)
Total Points for First Purchase: 650 points
Total Points Accumulated: 650 points

Redeemable Value: 650 points * ₱0.05 = ₱32.5 off on future purchases.
